At the last Wednesday Rosie's session in Richmond, two different people approached me and told me that I had improved markedly. I suppose that progress seems slow to each person, because we hear ourselves every day. In any event, it is a pleasant confirmation of my daily practice regimen.

I live in the countryside 20 miles northwest of Cincinnati, OH and am self employed as a chess instructor. I truly appreciate my independence and the opportunity to work with children. I am a latecomer to music, taking on classical violin and Irish/Scottish fiddling at age 50. I have several adopted pets and a great reverence for nature.
