The older fiddler mentioned in my last few posts decided that he didn't want to participate in yesterday's Shebeen session and I doubt that he returns in the forseeable future. I don't wish him ill, but I'm glad that he wasn't there, since he really detracted from the enjoyment for so many.

I live in the countryside 20 miles northwest of Cincinnati, OH and am self employed as a chess instructor. I truly appreciate my independence and the opportunity to work with children. I am a latecomer to music, taking on classical violin and Irish/Scottish fiddling at age 50. I have several adopted pets and a great reverence for nature.
